Features that turn data into decisions

CommerVue is not another tool full of charts. Every feature answers a concrete question a store owner has: what is happening, why, and what to do about it.

The four questions CommerVue answers

  • What to order and what sits

Depletion estimates on every product, an "order by" date from the supplier lead time, dead stock and its value at purchase prices.

  • What I keep

Revenue, orders and profit using the cost valid on the order date — returns and cancellations included. Export to Excel any time.

  • What sells and what fades

Rising and falling products, categories and variants from completed orders. What is bought together and how the price moved.

  • Who buys and where they come from

New and returning customers, the channel of the first purchase, locations and the strongest hours of the week.

  • What is coming

A seven-day forecast, the weather effect, daily insights ranked by money and every store in one account.

The complete feature list

For each area, what the platform can actually do.

What to order and what sits

Depletion estimates on every product, an "order by" date from the supplier lead time, dead stock and its value at purchase prices.

Stock monitoring

WooCommerce & FiskalPRO

CommerVue watches inventory and demand together: it alerts you to sold-out products that customers still want and estimates when each product will run out.

  • Depletion estimate in days from the last 90 days of sales
  • Sold-out products that still have demand
  • Dead stock: on hand and long unsold
  • Partially sold-out variable products

What I keep

Revenue, orders and profit using the cost valid on the order date — returns and cancellations included. Export to Excel any time.

Live order overview

WooCommerce

All orders and their statuses in one place — new, in progress, and problematic (cancelled, refunded). New orders appear in the overview automatically.

  • Filter by status, payment, and shipping
  • Complete order history
  • CSV export for your accounting

Revenue & profit

WooCommerce & FiskalPRO

Daily, weekly, and monthly revenue compared to the previous period. Enter your purchase costs and CommerVue also calculates gross profit and margin.

  • Comparison with last week and last month
  • Breakdown by category and product
  • Multi-currency support

Export and your own views

WooCommerce & FiskalPRO

Every table can be filtered, sorted and downloaded exactly as you see it. No copying out of your store, no retyping.

  • Export to CSV and Excel using the filters you applied
  • Products including a variants sheet and their attributes
  • Orders, categories and customers — one store or all of them
  • Filters live in the URL, so a view can be shared

What sells and what fades

Rising and falling products, categories and variants from completed orders. What is bought together and how the price moved.

WooCommerce & FiskalPRO

Which products are gaining sales and which are slowing down — before it shows up in your revenue. The trend score combines current sales pace with history.

  • Rising and declining products
  • Trends for entire categories
  • Overview of items that have stopped selling
WooCommerce

With variable products the decision happens at variant level. CommerVue shows which size or colour drives sales, what customers buy together, and how price and stock moved over time.

  • Variant performance in units and in revenue
  • Sales split by attribute (size, colour…)
  • Frequently bought together — the basis for bundles
  • Price and stock history of a product over time

Who buys and where they come from

New and returning customers, the channel of the first purchase, locations and the strongest hours of the week.

Hot & cold hours

WooCommerce & FiskalPRO

See the days and hours when customers actually buy. Helps you time campaigns, product launches, and customer support availability.

  • Weekly day-by-hour grid
  • Comparison with the previous period
  • Strong and weak times at a glance

Customers & location map

WooCommerce

New and returning customers, their value over time, and a map of the cities your orders come from.

  • New versus returning customers and how the split develops
  • Customer lifetime value: average, median and distribution
  • Location map, countries, individuals versus companies
  • Guests without an account versus registered customers

Sales channels

WooCommerce

Where your orders come from — organic search, paid ads, social media, or direct visits (WooCommerce Order Attribution).

  • Each channel’s share of revenue
  • Channel performance over time
  • A basis for marketing decisions

What is coming

A seven-day forecast, the weather effect, daily insights ranked by money and every store in one account.

Demand forecast

WooCommerce & FiskalPRO

Estimated order volume for the coming days with a confidence band — a realistic range from cautious to optimistic, not a single misleading number.

  • Forecasts for both orders and revenue
  • A confidence band instead of a single number
  • A gentle adjustment for the weather outlook in the cities where you sell most
  • A basis for stock purchasing and capacity planning

Sales by weather

WooCommerce

Every order gets the weather in the customer's city on the day of purchase — rain, clear skies, snow, warm or freezing. See whether the weather drives or dampens your sales, for the whole store, a category, a product or a single variant. An index of 1.4× means 40% more purchases than the frequency of that weather would suggest.

  • Breakdown by weather and temperature for store, category, product and variant
  • Insights like "you sell 42% more when it rains" plus alerts on a favourable forecast
  • The demand forecast gently factors in the outlook for the coming days
  • The breakdown appears once at least 30 orders have weather attached

Multiple stores & currencies in one account

WooCommerce & FiskalPRO

Online stores and brick-and-mortar shops under one account. Each store has its own dashboard, and the "All stores" summary shows them together — revenue across currencies displayed clearly per currency.

  • A summary across all stores plus a comparison of each location
  • Each store’s share of revenue and of its change
  • Revenue per currency (EUR, CZK…) — never added up
  • Insights for the whole portfolio, not just one store

Daily alerts

WooCommerce & FiskalPRO

A fresh summary of what is going on, every day: a product is selling out, revenue dropped, a category is growing. Concrete sentences instead of charts you have to decode.

  • For example: sells out in 6 days · revenue dropped 18% · €6,320 sits in dead stock · a customer has not returned in 90 days · you sell 42% more when it rains
  • A link straight to the place an insight refers to
  • Notifications in the app and browser push (on iPhone after adding to the home screen)
  • Operational tasks: pending orders, failed payments, missing costs
