How the connection works
CommerVue connects to the FiskalPRO Web Portal API — there is nothing to install or configure on the register itself. All you need are the API credentials from your FiskalPRO portal.
We fetch receipts (sales and voids) automatically at regular intervals and process them into the same statistics as for online stores. On first connection we also import your history, so you see trends right away.

What register data does not include
Let us be upfront: a fiscal receipt carries less information than an e-commerce order, so some features are not available with FiskalPRO:
- No customer analytics or map — a receipt contains no customer identity or address
- No sales channels — the register does not know what brought the customer in
- No product variants and no margin calculation from purchase costs
- Data updates at regular intervals, not second by second
If you run a WooCommerce e-shop alongside your store, the two connections complement each other in CommerVue — each store gets its own dashboard, and you see them together in one summary.

Do I have to install anything on the register?
No. CommerVue reads data via the FiskalPRO Web Portal API — your register keeps working exactly as before.
Do I need anything extra from FiskalPRO?
Yes, API access at FiskalPRO is tied to the API Standard license. You can order it directly from the FiskalPRO e-shop; once activated, generate the API credentials for CommerVue in the portal.
How often does the data update?
We fetch receipts automatically at regular intervals (on the order of minutes to tens of minutes). It is not instant like an e-shop connection, but it is more than enough for day-to-day decisions.
Will I see older receipts too?
Yes. On first connection we import your receipt history retroactively (24 months by default), so trends and comparisons work immediately.
I also run an e-shop — can I connect it too?
Yes, you can combine stores in CommerVue freely: a WooCommerce e-shop and a FiskalPRO business. Each store has its own dashboard, and you see them together in the combined view.
