How the connection works
The CommerVue connector is a lightweight WordPress plugin — no heavy computation in your database. After connecting, a one-time history sync runs (orders, products, categories, customers), and from then on only changes are transferred.
New orders and updates are transferred instantly via secure, signed webhooks (HMAC). Data is stored on our side, so your analytics keep working even when your store is down or under maintenance.

Frequently asked questions
Will the plugin slow my store down?
No. The connector is intentionally lightweight — it only sends changes to our servers. All computation and reporting run on our side, not in your database. It does not touch your templates or checkout flow.
Which WordPress and WooCommerce versions do you support?
WordPress 6.0 or newer and PHP 8.1 or newer. Order channels (Order Attribution) require WooCommerce 8.5 or newer; all other features work with older WooCommerce versions too.
Will I see my historical orders?
Yes. When you connect, we sync your entire history of orders, products, and customers, so trends and comparisons work from day one.
How do I connect my WooCommerce store to CommerVue?
Sign up, download the CommerVue Connector plugin, upload it to WordPress, and paste in the pairing key from the app. The whole connection takes a few minutes and requires no developer — the history sync starts right after pairing.
Will I see where orders come from (Google, ads, social media)?
Yes. CommerVue reads WooCommerce Order Attribution (WooCommerce 8.5 and newer), so for every order you see the source, medium, and campaign — and in the channels overview, their share and evolution over time.
How much does CommerVue cost?
During the pilot, CommerVue is completely free — no credit card and no feature limits. Future pricing will be announced in advance, and pilot users will receive preferential terms.
What happens if I deactivate or uninstall the plugin?
Synchronization stops, but the data already synced to CommerVue remains available in the app. You can delete a store in the app at any time — we then remove all of its data. When you reactivate the plugin, synchronization picks up seamlessly.
Is my data safe?
All transfers are encrypted (HTTPS) and every message is signed with a secret key (HMAC), so the data cannot be forged. We minimize customer data and process it in compliance with the GDPR.
